Das Studentenheim liegt inmitten eines großen Parks, der zum Schulkomplex der De La Salle Schule Strebersdorf gehört. Der Garten ist das ganze Jahr über bei den Studenten sehr beliebt und wird ausgiebigst benutzt.
Durch die Grünruhelage und die unmittelbare Nähe zu den Naherholungsgebieten Bisamberg, Donauinsel und Marchfeldkanal sind sportlichen Aktivitäten sowie Entspannung keine Grenzen gesetzt.

The dormitory is located in a large park that belongs to the school complex of the De La Salle School Strebersdorf. The garden is open all year round with the students very popular and is used extensively.
