Single room: € 440,-
Double room space: € 330,-

Prices are per person / month and include all taxes and fees, as well as heating, electricity, hot water, bedding, TV fees,
internet connection and operation fees. Prices subject to change.

Other charges:

Processing fee: € 50,- once at catchment

Deposit: 1 month's rent - Be deposited with promise of a home place;
to ensure against any claims and for lack can use charges,
the cleaning fee is calculated according to the extract against the deposit.

Cleaning fee: € 80,- to be paid at each training or relocation
Reminder fee: € 10,- at residues usage fee for 1st reminder,
2nd reminder € 15, - and 3rd reminder € 20,-

Damages: € 80,- for non-timed parts extract per night
