Price

Single room:  € 470,- per month
Double room: € 350,- per person / per month

Prices are per person and per month and include all taxes and fees, as well as heating, electricity, hot water, bedding, TV licenses fees, internet access and operating costs. Prices are subject to change.

Additional charges

Processing fee: € 50,- (one-time fee due upon move-in)

Deposit: one month’s rent.
The deposit is required to secure your room and serves as security for any potential claims or damages. Any applicable costs (e.g., cleaning or damages) will be deducted from the deposit upon move-out.

Cleaning fee: € 80,- (charged at the end of the stay / upon move out)

Late payment reminder fees:
• 1st reminder:  € 10,-
• 2nd reminder: € 15,-
• 3rd reminder:  € 20,-

Late move-out fee: € 80,- per night if the room is not vacated on time.
